Personal data
The present Personal Data Protection contract covers all visitors'/users’/members’ personal data collected by the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism, during their visit and use of the services and the www.espa.gr website. Moreover, the present contract covers the conditions for collecting, processing and managing personal data for visitors/users/members from www.espa.gr for any associated companies thereof. Under no circumstance does the present contract cover the relationship between visitors/users/members of www.espa.gr and any services not under its control and/or ownership.

Given the nature and size of the Internet, under any circumstances, including in the event of neglect, www.espa.gr is not responsible for any form of damage suffered by the visitor/user of the webpages, services, choices and contents of www.espa.gr, which he makes on his own initiative and with full knowledge of the conditions hereof.

Data collection and use
The portal www.espa.gr collects personal data when a visitor / user registers for its services.

Upon the visitor/user’s registration, www.espa.gr shall ask for the following details: Name, Surname, Telephone, Date of birth, Profession, email.

The portal www.espa.gr uses the personal data of visitors/users/members for the informational support of its customers / users and to choose the content offered to them, so that it is in line with their general preferences.

Correction and/or deletion of personal data
The portal www.espa.gr entitles users/members to delete, correct and/or update their personal data and/or unsubscribe at any point in time, by simply visiting the relevant service of www.espa.gr.

Provision and disclosure of personal data
The Ministry commits not to sell, lease or in any manner publish and/or notify the personal data of visitors/users/members of www.espa.gr to any third party.

Links to other websites
The portal www.espa.gr contains links to other sites not controlled by it, but by third parties (natural or legal persons). Under no circumstance shall www.espa.gr be responsible for the personal data protection conditions for visitors/users that these bodies apply.

Duration
The user understands and accepts that the Ministry maintains the exclusive right to discontinue the use of the access code(s) for its services and/or stop making the content available to users who it believes have violated the letter and the spirit of the present use conditions.

IP Addresses
The IP address through which the visitors’/users’ PC accesses the Internet and subsequently www.espa.gr is kept for technical reasons and is utilised exclusively for gathering statistical data.

Governing law
All terms and conditions for the use of the internet portal, as well as any amendment thereof, are governed and supplemented by Greek law, EU law and the relevant international treaties.

The management and protection of personal data of visitors/users of www.espa.gr are subject to the conditions of the present section, as well as the provisions of Greek legislation.

The present terms are worded taking into account both the rapid development of technology and especially the Internet and the existing - although not fully developed – nexus of legal regulatory provisions on these matters. In this framework, any possible relevant regulatory provision will comprise the scope of the present section.

In any case, www.espa.gr reserves the right to change the terms for personal data protection after informing the visitors/users and within the existing and/or possible legal framework. If a visitor/user does not agree with the personal data protection terms set forth herein, he/she should not use the services of www.espa.gr.
